Once Attune has sent notification of service completion clients are given 2 weeks to pick up their project.

Projects will incur a $50 storage fee if not picked up and paid within 14 days of completion. The project will incur addtional charges of $5/day for each day beyond the 14th. 

Many of our clients don't live nearby and we are happy to make more flexible arrangements if requested in advance - but we must be notified of any issues with the pickup timeline at project commencement so we can organize our space accordingly.
